the vast majority of the tv we watch, we get form hulu. i love the hulu desktop app for mac. i do with one exception. it shows you the same commercials over and over. like every single commercial break is the same commercial. this one commercial annoys me so much!! really just the song annoys me. its is by kiwi Gin Wigmore. her voice grates my nerves. she sounds like a less lovable version of another famous singer:

so if you have a history of sinus issues, shop in “health food” markets, or have ever seen a sneezer consoled by anyone in yoga pants, you have probably heard rave reviews and recommendations for a neti pot. to give you an idea how old the neti pot is, neti is sanskrit for “nasal irrigation.” for those who don’t use them, they are simply a pot that you put a little salt in and then use to flush your nose holes/sinuses. the liquid of course goes into one nostril and then magically comes out the other. there are many youtube videos of this if you are curious.
anyway, finally, it has been revised. welcome to neti2.0 it has only taken several hundred years for this design to be improved. all hail the SINUGATOR!!! I am getting over a head cold and saw this at the store. I have been neti’ing for many years and love it but it is messy and time consuming. the sinugator has a battery powered pump!!! you can hold your head almost completely upright and still use it, and the power of the pump is surprisingly powerful. it effing works! come on people buy one. if you feel stuffy, congested, stopped up, etc. give this thing a try!

wow. happy new year. so i was just looking at youtubes. i was looking up videos on how to properly cut fingernails. men are not born knowing how to do this. anyway one of the “related” videos that came up was this one. it is so informative. being a man and not having a hooha (sic) i never knew people were so passionate about this. but if there is one thing this lady does right it is KEEPING IT REAL AND WHATNOT! luckily there are no graphic images but the nature of the subject and the dialogue are what take this public service announcement into NSFW waters. anyway i want to spread knowledge and well wishes to you! happy 2k12!
as some of you may know, i am a business owner now. one aspect of acting the part is having a professional looking photograph of yourself. of course when it comes to just about anything in the world it is hard for me to only think seriously about it, so i had to have some fun too.
everyone’s parents email them video’s, images, and stories that they think are funny or inspiring. im going to start sharing some of the ones that i find the most interesting. this is the first installment. don’t let the budget and set design fool you, this video is definitely safe for work.
Atorvastatin (project with myself and Crowmeat Bob) is playing the Nightlight in Chapel Hill. it is gonna be a heck of a time. come see my first show since i broke my ankle.

While I was home in Charlotte recovering, I was working with an organization my dad is part of. The organization is called EAST, and focuses on bringing business to Charlotte’s East Side, where I grew up. One great aspect of the area is the amount of wonderful restaurants. My weeks in Charlotte consisted of eating traditional foods from Serbia, Pakistan, Vietnam, El Salvador, Somalia, and others. Who knew I would have a favorite Serbian dish?
EAST hosts an annual event that showcases the diverse cuisines called Taste of the World. It happens this year on October 6th, and if you are in Charlotte you should get tickets. 30 bucks and you get food from several great restaurants and wine and a reception and an overall great evening. I will be there!
Anyway this year saw their first Art Contest. I was part of the voting process. We chose five finalists and their works are in an exhibition which I installed at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center. It is at 600 E. Trade St., uptown in Charlotte. Please go by and check it out. One of the five finalists will be chosen as the winner of the contest and they will win five benjamins, which they will be rewarded at the Taste of the World Festivities.
