third or fourth NAMM in a row where it is orificial! (sp?) Korg makes and remakes the coolest consumer sound/music shit around these days. the new microkorg comes in a keytar format. check out this post from theverge to see a video of it.

i did not catch a lot of the hopscotch festival last year as i did not buy tickets. however I was able to get in to a couple of shows as a volunteer of some sort. one of the best performances i saw was holly herndon. her vocalizations fell out of her mouth like grains pour out of a silo, if the silo was haunted. anyway, here is a cool new video she has made with Akihiko Taniguchi. just look at it. since namm is going on now i have been visiting CDM obsessively and found this jewel there:
