I have been enamored with modular electro toys littleBits ever since I first saw the platform at a MoMa Design store a couple of  years ago. It started as a great intro for the young tinkerer to play with and learn about circuits and the fun of electro-onics. littleBits has been growing up and expanding into territory that is fun for kids and increasingly for adults too. Last  year’s collab with Korg made an awesome monotron kit that was tons of funs. Now they have opened up their hardware and released an HDK (hardware development kit). One of the first folks to dive in is Bleeplabs (watch the awesome vid above) which makes some of the coolest noise making kits around!! I am totally stoked.
